Office Administrator

Wintergardens is looking for an Office Admin, 1465 hrs/year.  Duties include; organizing records and filing, receiving and sorting mail, A/P and A/R, balancing budget sheets.   Requires experience in Payroll and Accounting, strong attention to detail, strong customer service and communication skills, maintain confidentiality, be courteous and work well with others.  Proficiency in MS Office and Quicken is preferred.
